How to use license number to download and install microsoft office?

I downloaded/purchased Microsoft Office 2010 Student version, and am trying to download and install it on a 2nd computer.

I have the license number, but do I download trial version?
Yes, download and install the trial. It will say, \’you have so many days left, enter your serial number now\’.

According to Microsoft.com:
The retail license terms for Office Home and Student 2010 allow for installation on up to three home computers. Not intended for use in any commercial, nonprofit, or revenue generating business activities, or by any government organization.

aka, the other 2 answerers have no idea what they are talking about.
